

Portland's New Pinot American Brasserie Serves Up Full Service Breakfast Seven Days/Week

PORTLAND, Ore. (Sept. 2, 2010) - The West End's new Pinot American Brasserie is making it easier for Portlanders to start their mornings off right with early breakfast service in the restaurant and a $6.95 breakfast sandwich and Stumptown coffee special to-go, seven days/week.
"We're committed to staying true to the 'around the clock' brasserie concept," says Bill King, Executive Chef of Pinot American Brasserie. "Given that we're downtown, we want to make sure that we have something for everyone at any time. Whether it's picking up a breakfast sandwich and Stumptown to-go, sitting down for a quiche Lorraine or steak and eggs, or finding a great place to hold big breakfast meetings – we're here for you!"
Pinot American Brasserie's $6.95 breakfast sandwich and coffee special on-the-go includes a Toasted Croissant Sandwich with Scrambled Egg, Canadian-Style Bacon and Cheddar Cheese with a cup of Stumptown coffee. Other breakfast options include Eggs Any Style & Home Fries with Bacon, Sausage or Canadian Bacon ($8.95); Almond-Crusted French Toast with Warm Maple Syrup ($8.90); and Pinot's signature "Belly and Eggs" with Crisp Pork Belly, Poached Duck Egg, Hollandaise, Almond Bruléed Brioche, Maple Syrup ($10.95). Lighter options include Pinot's Baked Oatmeal ($4.75); Assorted Pastries from Pearl Bakery ($3.95), and Seasonal Fruits and Melon ($6.50).

Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
