

Wildwood Introduces $55 Prix-Fixe Dinner Series
New Weekly Prix-Fixe Pairing Menu Features Best of The Pacific Northwest
Portland, OR (3/17/2010) – Wildwood Restaurant & Bar’s Executive Chef Dustin Clark and Sommelier Jeff Moore have teamed up to create a pure Pacific Northwest dining experience every Wednesday, with a $55 three-course menu paired with wines from the region’s top wineries. Beginning Wednesday, March 17, 2010, Wildwood will offer a prix-fixe menu that incorporate Chef Clark’s cuisine and Moore’s appreciation for Northwest wine.

• April 7, 2010 – Elk Cove Vineyards
• April 14, 2010 – Eyrie Vineyards
• April 21, 2010 – Abacela Winery
• April 28, 2010 – Cristom Wines
• May 4, 2010 – Ken Wright Cellars / Tyrus Evan Wines
